What is stored. What you put into WizDash: your business details, your customers' names and addresses, your quotes, invoices and payments, the bank statements you import and how you sort their lines, and the settings you choose. The app also keeps a record of sign-ins and of what changed and when, so that nothing goes missing without a trace.

Where it is. On Cloudflare's platform, in a database and file store that belong to this app alone. Backups are taken every night and a copy is kept outside Cloudflare.

Who sees it. You and the people you add under Settings. The people who run WizDash can open your account only to help you, and when they do it is written into your records where you can see it. Nobody else, and nothing is sold or shared.

Your customers. A customer sees only their own quotes, invoices and statement, through the private link you give them.

Getting it out. Every document is a PDF you can download; the year-end file is a spreadsheet; your bank lines can be exported. If you stop using WizDash, your records stay readable to you for ninety days and are then deleted, unless you ask for them sooner.

Email. Sign-in codes, the documents you send and notices about your account go out by email. WizDash specials (top-ups and extra numbers at a lower price, now and then) go only to businesses that said yes: at sign-up, on Home or in Settings. Every special has a link to stop them. Settings has the switch too. A sign-up that is never finished is deleted after 30 days.

The wizard. When you give the wizard a voice note, the recording goes to Cloudflare's speech-to-text. The words it hears, anything you type, the photos you add (slips included), the text of a bank statement it reads for you and the headings of a spreadsheet you upload for its layout go to Anthropic's Claude in the United States with your price list, your categories and your customers' names. Claude works out the draft or the reading. Anthropic does not use them to train its models and deletes them within 30 days. WizDash deletes voice recordings and chat photos once they have been read. If they could not be read, it deletes them after 24 hours. Photos of slips stay with your records until you delete the slip. A spreadsheet you upload for its layout is read once and not kept; only its layout is. The text stays with your records.

Job cards and the WhatsApp line. The people you put on the WhatsApp line send their voice notes, photos and messages to the WizDash number on WhatsApp. Meta carries them under its own terms and passes them to WizDash, which reads them the same way as the wizard above and puts them on your job cards. Their names and mobile numbers, the notes as text and the photos are your business's records: a job's photos stay with the job and only your business sees them. They may show your customers' homes. Voice notes are not kept once they are read. The number writes back only to the people on your line, to ask which job a message is for or to say a job was opened; your customers never hear from it.
